XPRESS is far more than a computer center solution

IT outsourcing, business service providing, application service providing, clearing centers – there are numerous terms associated with the economic model and technology inherent in SERIES||XPRESS. Here, software applications are not installed “in-house” but “accessed” remotely in our computer center. This allows access to important business applications without high initial investment costs and without allocating your important in-house resources to routine activities or highly specialized IT tasks. Not all business processes currently lend themselves well to cost-effective handling through such Web services. But some most certainly do. In the core areas of AEB – global trade and logistics – two processes are especially well suited: Participation in the ATLAS customs procedure, and the quick and easy compliance check of address data as part of risk management and export control. Other processes will follow – for example, a solution for freight cost management that goes one step further by also taking on operative freight cost control tasks as part of active business service providing.
